Highly effective Tabata-based exercises
Weeks 1 and 2: Four exercises, two runs (4 minutes)
Weeks 3 and 4: Six exercises, two runs (6 minutes)
Weeks 5 and 6: Eight exercises, two runs (8 minutes)
Including explanatory videos that show you what you should pay particular attention to during training (including variations for beginners and professionals). A practical timer shows you your intervals exactly and gives you acoustic signals during breaks and to exercise change.
42 tips of the day
Every day, you will receive a valuable tip on how to achieve your personal goal in 6 weeks, overcoming your inner bastard - peppered with information for optimal nutrition during the challenge. You get some tips with video message - presented by Toni Klein, the "Motivatoni" (sports scientist, nutrition expert, motivational speaker - known as a TV coach and speaker at congresses)
Training diligence comparison
The app automatically adds up your completed training minutes. You can enter the minutes that you additionally train (especially in the fitness club) manually and compare your training diligence with that of the other Challenger (average value).
Health Notes
For your Challenger training, your body should be in healthy condition.
The training is at your own responsibility. In case of acute or chronic diseases, we advise you to consult a doctor before starting the training - especially for the following complaints:
after a heart attack or stroke
Use of a pacemaker or in case of heart failure and / or damage, such. Arrhythmia
Inflammation of any kind
thrombosis
acute orthopedic (joint) discomfort, especially herniated disc
Osteoporosis (eg extreme spinal position)
pregnancy

Do not go beyond your limits during training. You should pause your workout if you feel unwell, if you have an infection (such as an influenza virus), a cold, or a recent injury.
