With very intense interval training (H.I.I.T.) according to the Tabata principle you will quickly reach your goal!

Training with the app is part of the "Challenge" program, which takes place in many fitness centers in Germany, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands and Switzerland. This app is your daily training partner and will get you in shape.
You can run the program anywhere. No special equipment is required.

Highly effective exercises according to the Tabata principle
1st and 2nd week: 4 exercises, 2 sequences (4 minutes)
3rd and 4th week: 6 exercises, 2 sequences (6 minutes)
5th and 6th week: 8 exercises, 2 sequences (8 minutes)
Acoustic signals indicate exactly the intervals and timing for the exercise sequences.

42 tips for every day
Every day you will receive valuable advice that will help you reach your personal goal in 6 weeks and overcome your laziness - you will also receive food advice to eat healthier during the Challenge period.

Compare your workouts
The application automatically adds the training minutes you have performed. You can manually enter training minutes (performed at the gym) and compare yourself with other Challenge participants (average value).

Health warnings
Your body should be healthy to participate in Challenge. Training is at your own risk. In the case of acute or chronic illnesses, we advise you to consult a doctor before starting this training, especially in the case of the following ailments:
after a heart attack or a stroke
use of a cardiac pacemaker or in case of heart defects and / or damage, for example cardiac arrhythmias.
inflammation of any kind
thrombosis
acute disorders in the joints, especially disc herniation
osteoporosis (eg for extreme positions of the spine)
pregnancy
uterine prolapse or incontinence
diabetes and other diseases related to metabolism
neurological diseases (epilepsy, etc.)
severe obesity
Do not go beyond your limits during training. It is advisable to stop training in case of infections (eg influenza virus), colds or injuries.
