combined passion and profession, resulting in a unique blend of group fitness style boxing, kickboxing, and HIIT classes, along with custom airbrush spray tanning, music and more!

Our app has pick-a-spot technology so you know exactly what you are doing and where you are doing it. This makes it super easy and completely user-friendly to workout with family and friends!
